1. Product Features

Our nylon face+rubber/pvc backing mat accept customized logo and pattern. It is anti-slip, environmental friendly, washable and durable which is popular for commercial use.

Surface: 100% Nylon6.6 tufted carpet

Carpet Yarn : twisted heat set cut pile

Pile Weight: 570g/m2, 680g/m2

Pile Height: 3.5mm, 4mm

Design: jet printing customized logo
Backing: Anti-slip Nitrile rubber or PVC

Thickness of backing: 2mm

 

3. Packing Way

In cartons(20pcs/carton)

 

 

4. Payment Term:  30%T/T deposit,  70% before shipment.

 

5. Delivery term: 35 days after receiving the deposit.

 

6. Quality Control

1) Before the order to be confiremed, we can make a sample for customer to check.

2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.

3) Each mat quality checked before packing.

4) Before delivery, clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.

5) We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

 

7. OEM and ODM are acceptable.
